Education and Experience
I received my master degree from the Ecole nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Rennes (ENSCR) with a specialization in organic chemistry in 2017. Afterwards, I started my PhD at the Institut des Sciences Moléculaires (UMR 5255 CNRS) in Bordeaux. I obtained my PhD entitled "Understanding and preventing the photocatalysis cycle responsible for the light-struck flavor in white wines and Champagnes" in 2021.
