Education and Experience
Alexandre defended his PhD thesis entitled "Synthesis and characterization of copper-imprinted polymers for the design of modified electrodes" in the MAPIEM laboratory in Toulon. He worked under the supervision of Dr Catherine Branger and Pr Hugues Brisset (co-supervised by Dr Jean-Ulrich Mullot and Pr Em André Margaillan) on the synthesis of monomers and photoinitiators, the synthesis and physicochemical characterization of imprinted polymers, the surface modification of gold and carbon electrodes as well as the detection of copper dissolved in water in various samples by electrochemistry.
